From the outset Cowley provided the support we needed to grow the business. We are delighted with the level of onsite support we have enjoyed for a number of years, whilst consistently delivering our IT services on budget and on time.

Cowley provided a robust inexpensive solution. We were faced with an expensive installation of a NEW server, server software and the very latest Microsoft applications for up to 35 users. Cowley IT quickly provided us with a Cloud Based Hosted Server solution and the very latest Microsoft Office 2010. Which includes their 24/7 support which has also proved invaluable. We now have a robust inexpensive solution to all our IT requirements.

We have worked with Cowley now for around 6 years and have found that the response is usually swift to any support requirements we have. When Cowley offered VoIP phones we opted to change provider to keep everything in one place and despite us having various system requests they have managed this effectively. Overall, we are very happy with the service that is provided and would recommend to others.

We all want our IT systems to function perfectly all the time and down time usually has a financial implication. We have found Cowley IT respond quickly with an immediate grasp of the problem and a high level of understanding and skill when dealing with any issues. Although it is never long enough, I do enjoy listening to Wilson Pickett, on the rare occasions when we are in a phone queue.
